Center Stage Media Manager or Linker is Missing
There are many tools and browsers available that can hinder performance of the Alpine Internet Center Stage Management Console. At the time of this writing, the most popular is Google's Pop-up blocker. There are also some browsers which can stop pop-ups from appearing when they are supposed to.
The Alpine Internet Solutions Center Stage Management Console has two features that can be affected by pop-up blockers.
1) Weblink Tool in the WYSIWYG editor.
2) Image Placer tool also in the WYSIWYG editor.
Both of these features can cause the pop-up blocker to activate and return an error message which will look something like this:
The easiest solution is to turn off your pop-up blocker. The other work-around is to hold the "Shift" key or the "Control" key while clicking on the Image Placer or Weblink Tool.
